Today was a Tuesday exercise. Each day at boot camp the exercises and station set ups are different. For a Tuesday work out there are 10 stations; three sprint stations, one boxing station and the other six are weight, cardio and ab workouts combined. One of my favorite exercises for that day was the plank. The plank is an exercise where you lay on just your elbows and toes and hold that position until you rotate. This exercise is really challenging, however it really works your muscles and takes alot of strength. I can honestly say that i could not hold it for the whole two minute rotation. My goal throughout boot camp is to be able to hold the plank for two minutes straight.
